ARCADIA - An 83-year-old man is being sought after his family reported him missing Sunday afternoon. Wing Kuen Chow was reported missing to officers at 4 p.m. February 17. He was last seen on an Orange Metro bus, line 78, heading to Los Angeles, according to the Arcadia Police Department. In addition to dementia, Show also takes medication for hypertension.
Chow is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, dark blue pants, dark golf cap and glasses. The case is currently under investigation. Matthew Munoz, 22, from Baldwin Park, was found in Santa Barbara by the Santa Barbara Police Department, Arcadia Police announced January 4. Munoz fled a family member at Westfield Santa Anita Mall, 400 S. Baldwin Ave., Tuesday, December 11. Munoz suffers from a mental condition that causes him to revert to a “child-like” state, according to the Arcadia Police Department. Munoz’s condition is short-lived and he reverts back to normal, Arcadia Police said. Munoz was spotted in Alhambra December 17. His photo was taken by a resident and was confirmed to be Munoz, according to his family. It was unknown how he made his way to Santa Barbara. He carries no cell phone or cash with him. Munoz is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has black hair, a mustache and beard and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, grey shorts, long white socks, black Nike shoes, has stretched earlobes and wore a Dodgers hat. Frederick Celistan, 63, was last seen at his home in the 700 block of West Duarte Road around 9 p.m. November 2, according to the Arcadia Police Department. Celistan is 6 feet tall, 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue fleece shirt, black pants and black shoes. Tsai Chi Huang was last seen October 16 at 2 p.m. as she walked away from her home in the 300 block of Walnut Avenue. She may be heading to San Gabriel, according to the Arcadia Police Department. Huang does not drive, walks with a limp and is assisted by a red walker. Huang is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue and white hat, a beige jacket and black pants. Darren Allen Fendrick, 39, was last seen Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Foothill Boulevard and Baldwin Avenue, heading west on foot towards Pasadena. Fendrick suffers from a mental condition and and needs his medication, Arcadia Police said. Fendrick is a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 400 pounds.
