One Victim Hospitalized After Pomona Shooting

POMONA - A shooting wounded one man in a Pomona neighborhood Thursday afternoon.

The shooting was reported at East Kingsley Avenue and North San Antonio Avenue just after 5 p.m. Thursday, October 19. The victim was shot out near the street. He was hospitalized and is in stable condition, according to Sgt. Uribe of the Pomona Police Department.

A possible suspect was seen running from the scene. It is unclear if that suspect fled in a vehicle, Uribe told SGV CityWatch.

Uribe said he didn’t know if the shooting was gang-related.
